Sears Appliance Repair

The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Appointment time was moved up once delivery status of parts was confirmed. We appreciated this very much since our refrigerator has completely stopped working.

Sears Home Services technician Stanislav complained about parking on the street and seemed annoyed upon arrival to my home. He is the 2nd Sears technician attempting to repair my refrigerator. He changed the compressor and it still doesn’t work. I have been without a refrigerator for 4 weeks now due to Sear’s lack of incompetent technicians. Another Sears tech was scheduled to arrive today 2/20/26, from 8-12. Sergio, the tech just called at 1:15 to ask what’s wrong and said I’m on my way to take a look at it ! Wow …seriously. Shame on them . So disappointed at them and very unprofessional on their behalf. Freezer was fixed today for now?? from water leaking into the bottom of the Freezer and freezing and with some much ice at the bottom it would melt and run out onto the floor.. This problem has been going on for years.. and now with so much water freezing it has now Cracked the inside lining of the Freezer.. I'm now waiting to see what Sears is going to do about this?? Like I said Sears has been trying to fix this problem and have not so now it is even a bigger problem with now the inside lining Cracked.. (see attached pictures)

Francisco did a great job. He was our second repair person and realized the first person made a mistake. He made sure to stay on my case to repair my washer the correct way. He was humble, respectful and professional. I recommend him for any repairs.

This gentleman was amazing in every way. Extremely knowledgeable & able to make the necessary repairs to my refrigerator so it is now working the way it should. He explained the problem & what he was doing to fix it. He made me feel very comfortable as it is very hard for me to let strangers into my home these days. Definitely give him 10 stars plus!
