Donald was not only professional but very knowledgeable efficient clean you tidied up he was very manly I can't say enough good because he is welcome back anytime and a good representation of what a service technician is when we think of one! Thank you Donald you are a great man!

John was excellent with repairing our refrigerator after two weeks of it not working. I was able to schedule same day service and the price was very reasonable. Communication was great through the entire process and John also was great with explanations and answering my questions

We removed the washer pedestal drawer before the service appointment today knowing it would have to be removed to make the repair. This was done ahead of time because one of us fell recently resulting in a broken arm and leg and the other one had planned surgery two days ago. Good service, but we are now unable to return the washer pedestal drawer to its base. We were told he couldn’t replace the drawer for us because it is an accessory part. What if we hadn’t thought ahead to remove the drawer in the first place? Would he have not done the repair? Also, this was our second attempt to get the washer repaired. The first time it was scheduled six weeks ago, we stayed home all day and no one showed up. We had to call back the next day to get a new appointment. It was after 5 pm when he finall

Our repairman was here no more than 30 minutes and found the problem and fixed it.We were so happy it wasn't something that required a lot of time and work. He was very polite and accepted my offer of a soda. I am always happy to reciprocate a kindness. Trudy L. Ingalsbe

Dave has been great to work on our oven so many times. He keeps trying new things when it evident that it is not repairable (from the factory). He is friendly and is a hard worker.
