Sears Appliance Repair

We had our dryer looked at. It was making the most horrendous sound. Service was great. They were really nice and fixed the issue really quickly. It helped that they already had the part they needed to replace so we didn’t need to wait to order anything. It was pricey in my opinion but still cheaper than buying a new dryer.

Very, very, very poor service bad technician it took five months hopefully to get my dishwasher up and running the technician using overpowered tools his stripping the screws. The door came apart missing screws bad bad service. I wouldn’t recommend series to nobody poor service bad technician, bad public relation very difficult to place a service call very difficult to trace And get an update on the service call open service call is very difficult to know what’s going on? You’re lost I would not recommend Sears Home appliance services to nobody. Specially, the technician he’s so poorly trained. He does not know what the hell is going on here. Replace so many parts the parts that he replaced worth more than dishwasher itself.

It was frustrating getting someone to show up initially. Our technician’s first visit was on the fourth appointment. However, once here he was outstanding! He was efficient and professional. He also helped us find the correct part number for the light in our Sears freezer. When he returned this morning to install the new ice maker he had the new part expertly installed in no time! He also answered all our questions. His service was superb.

I had to reschedule with Sears Repair because of the one day storm we had, Michael S. gave me a call to confirm and we were able to get it done the following day. He was able to figure out the root cause for my AC capacitor going out. He replaced the capacitor and contact switch. He explained it to me very well and gave me some pointers for future troubleshooting. He completed the job within 30 minutes and kept everything clean. Great guy and great service! *This was a home warranty call, I did not pay for parts and labor.

UPDATE 12/27: Again the worst service, stay away!! Had the tech contact me and tell me he couldn’t get to my location cause he doesn’t have a real id, I told him to meet me at the gate and we will deal with them. He wanted to just reschedule me just like the previous tech, I told him no, I need my machine checked out. He said he’ll call me after his other job. Instead of calling me, I received a text stating my appt has been rescheduled for 12/31. I called him back and said nope, just cancel my appt, I never authorized this at all. I will NOT waste my time again with this company. Y’all suck and to answer me back with an 800 number to call that only has AI again is ridiculous. I can NOT get in touch with a human to speak to!! Please stay away!! I will be reaching out to the BBB and whoever
