Sears Appliance Repair

Very Good service. The technician was very friendly and found the problem right away. But the price was unacceptable. Just short of $500 dollars for the part and repair. I just ordered the pump on Amazon for $13.99. you guys need to list prices or estimates, because that was a waste of my time and his time and $140. You might as well buy a brand new washer for that price.

Technician arrived at scheduled time. Repairs were made to my washer in about 45 minutes. Very professional service.

This is such a hard review to write. My technician gets 5 stars. Wayne was amazing! The company, however gets a 1. They scheduled me, but no one showed up. Then rescheduled me for 3 weeks after that. Over all, I was without my dishwasher for 6 weeks. That's not acceptable.

Sounds like someone else had the same experience. The tech, Wayne, gets 5 stars. But Sears gets 1. I had to cancel the first appt, but Wayne said it was just going to be a diagnostic call (I already knew what was wrong) anyway. He'd have to order parts and reschedule. Then Sears canceled 2x. I was without my washer 2 months. We drained it but it still smelled bad. We weren't very happy. But if anyone can give a positive review about my Kenmore front loader, I can. Mom of 8 country kids...I've done laundry, now.

Wayne did an awesome job. In only took him a few minutes to find the problem. Contacted himself the company we’re I bought the washer and made the whole process very easy for me. Highly recommended.
