Sears techs never show up on days scheduled and when trying to get real answers as to why you only get AI bots, which are useless, never a live tech from the local area. recent AI bot said a technician showed up at 9:14 am (scheduled between 8 am and noon on 6 September), but that is a flat out lie. No technician showed up. In over four months in attempting to get a repair a technician showed up once, and he was unprepared to make the correct repair. Otherwise, they are a consistent no show.

Sears responded online to a negative review that I made on my recent work order and instructed me to call a number that they provided for that purpose to resolve the issue. However, this number they provided only connected me to an AI agent (Samantha) and I as unable to get anything resolved re the repair that was done. I had hoped to confirm that my original review was negative for very good reasons and I wasn't going to take it down. I found that the repairman they sent was not only unbelievably unqualified to be a repairman, but was also entirely too rude and unprofessional to even be a representative for Sears. Although Matt was not able to fix my issue today. Parts had to be ordered due 1-2 weeks turn around. Matt was very professional and informative. I felt ease having him in my home.

Customer service is very lacking. You are given an 8a - 5p window. Yet the tech doesn't call until they have been sitting outside your home for a certain amount of time. You tell them you will be there in 15. They give you an attitude saying they can no longer sit there and will come back at another time. They still have not tried to arrangement a time. You have your daily schedule. So, the tech expects you to sit waiting on their knock or ring for a 9 hr period. That is unreasonable and unfair. Just as they called to say I've been sitting here they could've called like they are suppose to 30 min prior to let you know they are on the way. Then a time could be arranged. Poor customer service.
