My washer still shakes violently. Now my dryer doesn’t work which it did work before he came over. He had to slid my washer out of a tight fit and not sure if it was hitting my dryer but now it doesn’t work either. I’m out 400 dollars and instead of my washer not working now it’s my dryer too. I can see why people would rather just buy brand new instead of wasting money to fix the one they have.
Technician Steve was courteous and very professional, taking great care in repairing the appliance. He also answered any question I had and also showed me a few functions on the dishwasher, I wasn’t aware of. Highly recommend!!
Very attentive to my dryerdetails and proceeded directly to repairing item,then explained in detail what was found wrong. Wonderful awesome technician,tyvm Sears.
Had new ice maker installed - does not work now we have to Wait another week to get service cannot contact an actual person
