Sears Appliance Repair

Bronell did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and informed us of what we can do better to not to run into issues in the future, things the Lowe’s employee told us to do that set us up for failure. He was quick and respectful.

A technician came to replace my freezer door, he put the door on and left. There was water leaking on the floor from a part that wasn’t connected correctly. He left with the door alarming and said he couldn’t come back. So I have to listen to this until someone can come again. And who knows when?! So now I have a whole new issue to call Sears to send someone to fix. And getting ahold of a person is just mind blowing. Plus the food he took out of the door he left out on the counter. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never buy anything that Sears will be fixing issues on again. I have had nothing but trouble with my appliances and the warranty program. These appliances are not even 1 year old. The appliances are Frigidaire, the company that is sending technic

Had first appt, tech came out told me they needed to order a part. That’s fine. Part gets here. Had appt scheduled two weeks prior, they cancelled day of. Had it rescheduled another two weeks prior. Tech John called day of and said I need to cancel again because they don’t have the warranty information even though they have all the information from the prior appointment where the tech came out. Lousy service

The technician was very arrogant, he was rude throughout the time he was at my home twice, the first time I ask him to keep door closed in the garage because I did not want my cats walking across my cars in the garage, and he was a smart aleck when I ask him to close door. Every time he went to his van, he would leave open. I questioned him about my parts that was coming in, and he tried telling me not to have fixed and buy a new washer. I would have loved to be able to afford a new set. He came back the 2nd time with the same attitude toward me. I tried to get a different technician, but he was the only soonest 1 available. My experience with this tech was horrible.

The repairman was courteous, professional and prompt. He made the repairs based on Sears' AI evaluation of my reported issue, but, unfortunately, it did not resolve the main problem. Will need to schedule another repair appointment.
