Sears Appliance Repair

Tech did no testing other than visual on the heat pump water heater which a month ago leaked water. Confirmation of decision to carry on using unit by some check inside pump area would have been reasonable. Won't be bothering to use Sears cover again. I would like premium refunded.

Glenn stopped out to repair our washer this morning. Fortunately there was no need for any repairing. He was very courteous and gave us good suggestions moving forward. It is nice to have this kind of friendly service.👍

Brian was fine. Sears Appliance Repair is a large rip off. 491.00 for repair on a four year old LG dishwasher. My husband will repair it himself. Never ever will I use Sears Appliance Repair. The only reason I am giving five stars is for Brian and his honest look at our appliance.

I was very upset with the service I received. When I set up the appt. for a diagnostic eval of my problem I was told several times that if I agreed to have him perform the service, the diag. fee of $139 would be waived. He told me the problem was a small plastic part in the lid of my washer and quoted me a price of $500 to fix. He also stated there was no waiver of the diag fee. I promptly kicked him out of my home. I bought the part for $20 and installed it myself. The issue was not solved. Not only did he not diagnose the problem, but had the nerve to quote an outlandish fee for "repair". I will never use your service again.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what happened to my washer and went thru all the options I had. I was able to pick one that worked out well for me. Highly recommend!
