Lu was great. He has repaired many of my appliances. My microwave door stopped closing in September. Sears sent a repair guy. He ordered a part which never arrived. After a month of getting the run a round. Lu came in today an said the spring fall off. Microwave working. I ask how lazy are people getting.

Total scam. They take your money but never provide the promised services. The service-person never showed up and just marked the job as done in the computer!! Someone was there the entire day waiting. They never rang the bell, nor called or texted the two numbers they have on file at Sears. Our fridge needed repair and we had a service call in March 2025. They ordered an expensive replacement part and scheduled another visit to install it. But they never delivered the part and every day on the their due return date they texted they need to reschedule and push it off a few weeks. Again and again through AUGUST! We finally closed that service request and opened a new one in desperation. Again he diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. A return visit took place but he never received the
