Sears Appliance Repair

Very friendly and was extremely time efficient! The previous scheduled appointment on Friday, canceled the appointment TWICE then never called, text, or emailed me…and never showed up! So glad we had the positive experience with the repairman that fixed our dryer today!

He was very good. He seemed to know his business and in particular know everything about our appliance. He took time to explain the problem to us in terms we could understand. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair our ice maker due to the fact that the part he needed was no longer available. 😢

BEWARE OF TECHNICIAN ROBERT M. WITH SEARS IN NORTH MS!! I had 3 visits from Sears because they did not have the parts and then had to order parts and when the parts came in the technician said that the parts were the wrong parts and had to order different parts and then this technician opened my freezer to fix it and told me he had to have several towels to clean up the mess and I told him I only had bath towels, and then he took a picture of my freezer issues and then went outside, left the door open when my heater was on 70 and made a phone call and then said nothing and left. My 13 year old son and I defrosted it our self and it took 15 minutes and didn’t even need a Towel. He also showed up over an hour past the time he said he was going to be here. The service technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job. I would definitely use Sears again if there is an issue that needs fixing.

Robert was very personal, he was on time, and did what he said he was going to do. Unfortunately the company has not provided him with a automobile that is dependable and a phone that works in this area. That of course is not his fault he did everything he was supposed to do.
