Warren is very capable and professional. We were very pleased with his competency and he is very careful in our home. Can't ask for anything more.

Very bad experience. The technician broke my spigot where the washer attached to. He was jumping down from washer and hit the spigot with his body. It came off and water spewed onto the garage floor. He said I would need to call a plumber and they would need to replace the pipe. He scared me and made it sound like a lot of money. I canceled the repair since I couldn't afford the plumber and the technician. I am retired on a limited budget. I was still charged the diagnostic fee . I feel the technician should take responsibility for the broken pipe. If it broke when tightened maybe but he just hit it like a hammer with his body. I will be calling for a refund

Very competent tech. Replaced dryer belt in a timely manner and left area clean. However, the AI Samantha is not ready for prime time. The technician placed the order for the repair part in a timely manner, but your system lost track of the order as I was never notified part had shipped or been delivered. But part received in a timely manner and was available for tech to install on Friday, November 28th as he was scheduled. He didn't show up or call to say he wouldn't be showing up. I had to reschedule for Monday....very incinvenient.

The service from Warren on gas from oven was thorough and efficient. Good tips & suggestions and he was easy to talk to, genuinely a good person. Thank you
