Repair estimate was more than I paid for washing machine new at best buy. The technician was very professional and troubleshot the thing perfectly. The cost of the labor and part exceeded the retail value of the unit brand new. No one would have opted for that repair. So I would have to conclude that the service is overpriced. The brand is not ideal either. I will not be purchasing this brand again. it's the Laundromat for me for a while. :(
Patrick was great. He was on time Very nice. Solved the issue quickly. He also showed me how to clean the pressure sensor myself.
Robert came over and fixed Microwave on the fly, had the part it needed on his truck super knowledgeable super great guy, Got us on our way thank you Robert!
The service was great once they finally got here. Your AI is awful absolutely awful. It’s not the people it’s your system.
