Sears Appliance Repair

Tech was great: very polite and professional. He ran tests and diagnostics with no errors. Suggested I clean the dishwasher with vinegar. He was barely out the door when I ran the dishwasher and got the beep beep beep and error codes. I almost ran after him. So I paid $130 and still have a malfunctioning dishwasher. Horrible company!!!! Do not use them. it took 3 visits for them to come out and tell us what was wrong with this washer, and it still does not work. There are no live agents to talk with. Everything is done by AI. We paid over $400 to have our washer repaired and it worked for less than 1 hour after the technician left our house. I called Josh, the tech, and asked him to text me a phone number for this company. He promised he would, but I have not heard from his. I had another service call scheduled for my oven but has since cancelled it. This company will not get another dime of our money. Save your money, your time and needless frustration.

Josh was courteous and efficient but was told I would get a report via email but never received it so I called sears where supposedly there are no longer humans you can talk to and SAM(the ai assistant)could not help me so I called Josh back and he said that I have to go through SAM the ai so I can not get a report of what was found even though I was told I would. Never again will I contract a company where you cannot talk to a human being. Shame on you Sears.

One star is far too many. If you have another option, you should use it. Our appliance worked before they got there but by the time they left it was completely unusable and we could not get a response from technicians or supervisors. Second visit was equally bad when they deemed our 6 month old oven as unable to be repaired. The techs have no knowledge or training (no fault of their own I assume). Terrible frustrating experience.

Tech communicated appt time and was on time. Explained issue with my stove and was respectful and courteous to my tenants. Recommended to our home warranty provider a full replacement
