Service tech Shane was awesome and quick to diagnose and put parts in. However getting the part in a timely manner and dealing with AI was not so good.
Technician was friendly & knowledgeable. Explained services clearly. Appreciate the ease of scheduling & hours of availability.
Ron was friendly and was able to figure out the problem, fix it and suggest how to avoid it in the future. I thought the fee was high but I dont know what is normal.
Shane was very Knowledgeable and great at explaining what was going on with my oven. Super friendly!
Service was great, but please give an appointment window of time, not the whole day. 2 hours at most for people who work.
