Technician was professional and had a great personality. We were very comfortable with him in our home.

It has now been over a month and our refrigerator is still not working properly. The original issue was that the ice maker was not producing ice and the exterior keypad was not functioning correctly. When the first technician came out, the situation was made worse. After that visit, both the filtered water and ice stopped working. We had water dispensing from the door, but no ice was being made. The fan was replaced, and after that repair we had no ice, no water, and the refrigerator stopped cooling altogether. I attempted to contact Sears immediately to report that the refrigerator had completely stopped working, but I was unable to reach anyone. Because this happened right before Christmas, I had no choice but to pay another technician out of pocket so we would not lose all of our food

Technician was very good but as usual they canceled appt 3 times before coming to fix my microwave. I was told that AI does the scheduling and that took forever about 7 weeks. I had scheduled the week before Thanksgiving and received service on Dec. 31.

After diagnosis and 2 repair attempts still didn’t have a working furnace and on the third appointment they didn’t show up at all. According to our Home Choice Warranty they have decided after a month that they don’t work on this brand of furnace!
