David was a friendly and knowledgeable technician. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our ice maker. He ordered the part which arrived very quickly. We were fortunate that he was assigned the follow up and knew exactly what to do to complete an efficient replacement of the ice maker. He remained polite and respectful throughout the process. He explained and communicated anything very well in both visits. Thanks so much!! It looks like the overwrote my previous review in Marshall who provided great service, as well!

I was quoted $670 for basically a computer fan (variable speed fan in fridge). The exact part is $20-40 on Amazon. Not hard to replace. It's a shame if they weren't price gouging would of had the work done. So dishonest. UPDATE: I did the repair myself. Turns out the evaporator fan had come off the shaft and just needed to be reattached (you cant see it without taking some things off). Parts cost =$0 Called number below for a REFUND since my service technician was wrong about diagnosis and gouging parts prices. They DENIED my request. Also REFUSED to give me a supervisor. Its a call center in India, that you have to manipulate their 100% AI CUSTOMER SERVICE bot to get to. Luckily CHASE was happy to reverse the fraudulent charge. No wonder Sears lost all their stores.

Horrible experience. Does seems to want to work. He was trying to sell me a plan thats not what I paid for. And his diagnosis is wrong. He basically wants me to replace entire dishwasher. He also walked with his dirty shoes on my floors. The worst experience ever!! I paid $150 for a 5 minute visit then he uses my restroom. Disaster!!!!

Was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what was wrong with my washer. Told me exactly how to solve my problem by using the proper amount of detergent and utilizing the monthly Tub Clean function. Very professional and friendly. Thank you for such good service.
