Sears Appliance Repair

The repairman was very nice and I’m sure very good at his job, but very poor service from Sears Repair itself. They no longer offer the part to repair the broken start button on my GE profile dishwasher, which they could have correctly identified from my service entry. They charged me $150 to tell me in person that they couldn’t repair it. Very frustrated by the entire experience.

We received fantastic customer service from our tech, and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The issue was quickly diagnosed and addressed, and we got great information for how to best care for our appliances to prevent future repeat issues. Thank you for a great customer experience - it’s rare these days to have those.

Technician was wonderful and after repairing a washer that wasn't filling, gave us an understandable overview of what had been repaired. Was in a MIL with a 93 year old Mom who can be hard to please, and she was delighted.

Sears repair service man John Mehrdad was wonderful. He ended up replacing the motor of my Kenmore refrigerator - a big and difficult job that almost all other repair services won't even bother with. He is an expert repairman and really knew what he was doing. He is also a warm, friendly and unfailingly polite person. He meticulously cleaned up after the job was finished and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with his work before he left.

David was.very efficient, and fixed my machine quickly. He cleaned up the area when finished and was quite personable. Thanks David!!
