Sears Appliance Repair

Technician seems to have fixed dishwasher. He was very frustrated and was using foul language. Got water all over my floor which is still wet 3 hours later. My floor is probably ruined. This service took over 5 weeks to be resolved.

I do not feel my washer was completely checked out. It was not spinning the water out if the clothes. The repairman watched two cycles but not with clothes in the washer. I suggested putting clothes int for a cycle but he didn’t feel it was necessary. I did not feel like it was spinning fast enough but was told that was as fast as it would spin so people didn’t get hurt. The washer was not pulled out far enough to get in The back to check anything. He pulled it out enough to tilt it back enough to get his arm underneath to push up some pressure tube, that he supposed would take care of things. However, I put a batch of clothes in after he left and nothing has changed. I can wring water out of the clothes when a cycle is complete. He told me it might be the agitator. Really, that wou

Sage (Justin?) is amazing! Great every time he's come out. However, Sears AI is the worst. Took 2 months and 15 changed appointments to get thr technician here. We had parts the first week but they said we didn't. 2 months later after numerous no-shows it's done. Get some live customer service people! And I tried over and over again to contact you at phone and chat with AI runaround and no solutions.

Texhnician showed up and was friendly. He has been here before. Repair took about 2:30. This time, the tech stayed to run a full 51 minute cycle on the dishwasher, to ensure the repair was successful. That being said, the final repair on this dishwasher took 7 months, as the first 2 techs threw parts at it, and reschedules of appointments on both ends took up to 3 weeks. In total, I've had to take 40 hours of time off of work, to include appointmenrs that were rescheduled at 5:00 pm. This tech was great, though.

I had a terrible experience trying to work with this company. I took off work 2 separate days to let these guys come look at the broken appliance. BOTH times, I got a notification SAME DAY that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Their phone system is completely automatic with prerecorded responses, so it is impossible to talk to a human to work things out. Time off is precious, and I will not do business with a company that has cost me so much without even showing up. I am very disappointed.
