Sears Appliance Repair

First off technician was nice guy that came out to clean washer, he didn’t do a good job. He cleans washer trap and said he checked hose for leaks. And told me he could not wipe glass on door cleaned because of buildup . When he left I looked at washing machine sent you photos of dirt mud on washer machine inside. I took a wet rag and cleaned door glass that he said couldn’t be cleaned. I should have saved my 53.00 and did a better job

Antonio was awesome. Polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. It is a good thing you guys have him because I was very upset that I had to pay for the diagnostic when you couldn’t do the work for two weeks. But because he was so nice and I know it wasn’t really anybody’s fault. I’m just gonna let it go if I can find a new fridge. Thanks again.!!! 😊

I have had SEVEN appointments cancelled by this store. I ordered parts to repair my oven drawer. $62 each for plastic glides the size of a quarter. I paid for the repairs to be made. Sears has not shown up or cancelled the appointments. SEVEN times!!!! Arghhhhh. And there is no way to talk to a human!!!

My ice maker broke after less than one year of light usage.. The technician (Luis) was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. The company - THOR - was totally incompetent. Despite the technician speaking directly with them and ordering the part for my ice maker, the company sent a part from a Dishwasher. It required multiple visits and almost 3 months to get a water pump replaced under the original warranty. I lost 3 days of work as I had to be home for each visit which had a very large time window (8-5) for the visit. I pray this works for a long time so I do hot have to go through this again.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your technician and service department. The resolution of my repair issues took an extended period of four weeks due to the failure to order the necessary parts in a timely manner. Also the technician inadvertently damaged the handle on the refrigerator door and did not communicate this issue. Upon using the refrigerator after the technician's departure, I discovered that the handle had come off. This experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend your company to others based on this service.
