Sears Appliance Repair

My tech Edward was extremely diligent, patient and nice. I have been waiting for this repair approximately a month & a half (different parts that were ordered had to b reordered) yet, he was pleasant & knowledgeable, which led to my fridge finally being repaired.

Juan Y was very professional and efficient. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue on my hvac and fixed my heating issues during the coldest days

Juan came multiple times, but he was determined to get my furnace/ heating systems fixed. He was very patient and solved the problem in a timely manner. Very professional!

Repair of treadmill: David arrived later than expected time (11:30), he did call me to tell me he was running late. Once he arrived David worked diligently to repair the treadmill. The repair took longer than expected, because in addition to replacing the motor, the walking belt, and what looked like some sort of electronic "mother board" he also replaced the power cord. David was polite and professional.

Very satisfied with the service I received. Jim, the technician, came within hours of my request for repair. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Seemed to know exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Could not have asked for better service
