Sears Appliance Repair

Great guy, he fixed the problem (gas valve) but only rated 4 because the dryer front panel was not connected back correctly. It was flapping while drying. I had to figure out how to fix myself since I couldn't get a human at the Sears number. Very frustrating. Also, he was only there for 20 minutes for a simple fix. I paid $300 labor charge for 20 minutes. That's just highway robbery.

George was very knowledgeable and reviewed and fixed all the issues we wanted done to do preventative maintenance on our lawn tractor.

George was excellent. He clearly has the knowledge and experience to work with engines. He was very professional in the work that was done. I can't say enough good things about him and his work.

My LG dishwasher is not even seven months old. They have replaced it twice. Sears came out to try to fix issue “ It’s not draining so therefore it’s throwing a it’s not draining so therefore it is throwing an error code”. Repair Man did nothing still broke not draining. I would also like to add the fact that the appointment can’t be narrowed down to a 3 or 4 our window THE NIGHT BEFORE …….!!!!!! Is completely ridiculous, and unacceptable. I mean in this day and age with computers don’t you people make a schedule?

Tim had to replace a few different parts. He accomplished each task thoroughly. The door dose not leak. Thank you for working on our washer it was a complicated job that needed attention from someone knowledgeable in this type of repair.
