Sears Appliance Repair

Technician was excellent. Fixed issue and made sure all was okay before leaving. However, my appointment times were always at 5 pm and technician arrived after that. Even though the part was delivered, I still did not get an earlier time of day. There was confusion between warranty company and repair man. Had to reschedule multiple times.

The repairman was great, he knew the work well and did the job in just about an hour changing 2 parts, 1 big and one smaller. I am grateful to have my machine working smoothly and well

Brian was excellent. It was a difficult job because of the location on the unit and the fact that the motor was fused to the mating part.

Dave was timely, courteous, and an expert in every way. He found more issues than I had even thought of. Excellent in every way

Bob of the Sears repair team was excellent! Not only did he fix and troubleshoot the problem. But he also taught me about the correct settings for my refrigerator. He also checked the back of the refrigerator just to make sure everything was functioning properly. I give him a 10 star rating. Excellent customer service and a very friendly nice guy
