I would give zero stars if I could! I took time off work to meet our technician between 1 and 5 PM, but the scheduled time kept getting pushed later and later. Ultimately, the technician never showed up. There's no way to contact anyone by phone; everything is handled through an AI system, which is not helpful at all. When I tried to reschedule, I was pushed another week out, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this service.
On his first vist the tech was able to diagnose the problem and ordered the part needed. Scheduled a follow-uo appt to repair the washer. Through out the experience he was very knowedgeable and professional. Completed te repair in a very short time. Very satisfied with the service.
Great guy very professional knew what he was doing. He explained everything he was checking and showed me how to run a pre test when ever I had issues.
My technician never showed up. I got a message saying my technician was at my house and fixed my issue I could not get a hold of a live person to help me. Worst service ever.
The technicians never showed up in the entire day. We waited from 8 AM TO 5 PM and no vehicle ever pulled into the drive way. No one knocked on the door not rang the doorbell. We didn’t even get a call from the technicians. Our stove still has a cracked glasstop in need of repair.
