Sears Appliance Repair

They said they came out but never showed! We have been here all day and have ring cameras! Why lie???? The AI system is of no help either! No real person to talk to! Don’t use!!!

Tech left standing water in my washer it's now been 3 almost 4 weeks an no called no showed the second appointment. An rescheduled with out calling or asking if we were avaliable. Now my washer is completely ruined an next supposed appointment is another week out! It's growing mold! Horrible service 😑 do better!

The absolute worst service I’ve ever had and Andrew G the repairman was the rudest person I’ve ever seen he wanted to leave and reschedule and not even find the problem with my refrigerator

Had an appointment for washer repair, did not show up or call. Scheduled again, same thing. Driver noted that he called and it went to voice mail. He never called my husband or me. Will never use them. I suspect he arrived at the back gate of our neighborhood and didn’t bother to call or text for instructions to go to front gate that has the keypad. They had the gate code. It wasn’t even closed.

I have had a broken refrigerator for over a month and it still not fixed. Twice they didn’t show to the appointment without even a text to let me know they weren’t coming. So I lost 2 days of work. When you try to get a hold of a person, nobody will answer the phone. It’s all automated. You cannot text them, call them or email them. Communication is non-existent. They are very disrespectful and couldn’t care less about their customers.
