He walked me through what he was doing, explained each step clearly, and really went above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate his effort and dedication. Highly recommended!

I paid $140 for a diagnostic fee that the recommended solution it’s NOT really clear that will solved the water not dispensing issue with my refrigerator. What a waste of money. I wish that Sears service would re-imburse some of the diagnostic fee I paid.

My refrigerator has not been working since Julyt 2025. Eight months and still not working. I need it to be repaired or give me a new one. Sears service has proved to be unreliable

Andrew was wonderful! Now I can use my washer again! It only took three appointments which Sears kept rescheduling- at 5pm on each day of an appointment, which meant I wasted three entire days waiting to find out that the appointment was not going to happen that day. I have used Sears for over 30 years and have been very very happy but the last two times, it was the same issue: an appointment would be made, I would be waiting all day and the end of the day, I got a text message: Sorry we have to reschedule – very annoying, and I hope that this type of issue is resolved - after 30 years of faithfully paying for yearly Maintenance Contracts, I would like to feel a little appreciated, but in any case, for today’s repair, Andrew was quick, he was professional.
