These people and sears home protect are fraudsters. They Lie to your face saying a part is faulty when its proven to be fine. Once they have your card number your screwed, they will use it for anything and over charge, good luck getting your money back. Because its AI call center sears doesn't have a person to talk to. I finally had to setup another appointment to get in contact with the A&E tech about the refund he promised. Of course Mike lied about that also. (To the response from owner) Absolute scam. I'm currently attempting to get my money back I was charged over $400 for a defrost heater when the original one tested out good. I've been attempting this over 60 days, numerous emails and calls. I'll start by saying the technicians were WONDERFUL! I had them come out to fix my Maytag dryer. They "figured out the issue" but wouldn't be able to get the part and get back to the house for a week and a half. I asked if they could give me the part number so I could just order it and my husband could replace the part so we wouldn't need to go that long without the dryer. They kindly did. Received the part today, replaced it, definitely didn't fix the issue. So $125 paid for the diagnostics for nothing.

Technician went to work. Friendly. Seemed knowledgeable. Maybe a picture of technician could add when meeting them at first.

Our tech was excellent, very thorough & knowledgeable. Scheduling was our biggest challenge.
