Sears Appliance Repair

The only reason I gave 1 star is that I was unable to give 0 stars. Broken promises, three times rescheduled after “no shows”, no human accountability (chat bots only). My family worked for Sears years and I will NEVER use their services again. And after I posted my experience, Sears had the audacity to ask me to contact them. I guess it was too much trouble for Sears to reach out to the customer. I’ll let their actions speak for themselves.

Serine time HORRIBLE. They canceled my appointments 3 times with 3 weeks wait time in between. Trying to get a person who can help and speak English ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. I got lucky after 6 calls and the guy in loyalty dept, Edward, got my appt to a tech finally or they would have cancelled AGAIN. The tech who came out was at my house for over 4 hours. He didn’t give up and was extremely understanding because literally my original appt was in August and I had to wait with numerous cancellations until October 20th. Sears service is HORRIBLE! Looking for an alternative , but I have numerous appliances. Not an easy fix. But the poor techs that work for them are GREAT, they are professional, and they don’t give up. There were two problems with our gas oven: slow and limited preheating and failure of convection element to work. both now working fine.

Jake was great! He quickly assessed the issued with our washing machine and took care of the repair!

Danny is the absolute best! He is competent, honest and very knowledgeable. The BEST Sears has to offer! He has helped me for over 20 years!
