Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

Alright, as a first time home owner I read and watched enough about duct and vent cleaning scams. Did a lot of research before I stopped on Sears. I was replacing my air filters every week for about 2 months now as they were getting extremely dirty. Let me tell you, I do not regret that I did. Dan was just the best, they have used big machine which was sucking the dirt out while he was going through each vent to ensure they are clean. Dan as well identified just dummy duct going nowhere, he could’ve just charge me for that but instead he showed me and explained me what’s going on. Not only that due to my anxiety after reading and watching scams I was walking behind them like a hawk, Dan wasn’t irritated and was explaining me what they are doing and what should I do to maintain the cleanlin

Great customer service. They were able to schedule me at short notice. The professionals took time to make sure they removed stains and that the carpet was cleaned to my pleasing. They were also very kind and courteous. Would definitely recommend to others.

Chris was so great and hopefully cleaning my ducts. He gave me great advice to further take care of my system. I highly recommend him and his team!

Great experience. Chris and Luis came on time and called ahead and were fast. Good price too. I would use again. I had to change them from 5 to 4 stars as I noticed my corner wall where the garage door is is scuffed up from the vacuum piping. It would have been nice if they installed a temporary plastic protector because now this is banged up and needs to be spackled and painted.

The guy immediately came in and tried to upcharge me. The guy ruined the bottom of my furniture and sprayed cleaner all over my walls top and bottom. Why I have no idea. They had a guy come and wipe down my walls and furniture. But my furniture is still ruined. My stairs look horrible. I had to wash a lot of items and clean up also. Terrible no one has reached back out to me.
