Made an appointment for service on our Kenmore Water heater. Waited more than a week for the appointment. Got a text mid-morning stating the appointment had been moved to the afternoon. Thirty minutes before the service tech was to arrive got another text saying the appointment was Cancelled and that I should call Sears Home Services, which I did because I was chapped about losing an entire day of my life waiting after already waiting for more than a week for service. "Why did you Cx?" I asked. The response was incredulous, "We don't service those type of water heaters." "I bought it from YOU! It's UNDER WARRANTY! How can you not service Kenmore products?" Three agents and I went back and forth for 30 minutes or more in an endless loop. They eventually made another appointment deep in Dece
