I got what I deserved, professionalism. To avoid being cold in the winter and hot in the summer, I decided to be proactive. I replaced both furnace/ac which were 2?/16 years old. I chose Sears Home Improvement because the name SEARS is synonymous with the word TRUST. The installation was not without obstacles. Thanks to project mngr Christi, sales Jose and technician Eddie, etc., installation was successful. Those guys are awesome!👍
Decent enough. Not like the help at Lowe's. At least not today.
No longer Sears, as this huge place has been converted to Cook County COVID vaccination center
Considering it's no longer there due to poor performance and management...
It's closed. The state is using the site for COVID vaccinations.
