Used live chat to arrange for diagnostic. This was easy. The customer service representative was helpful and respected my answer when I declined other add-on services. The appointment was scheduled for less than 24hrs later on a Saturday. This was great. The technician was courteous and efficient, provided excellent information and completed the job well. I would definitely use this service again.

Our repair men were knowledgable and very nice. They repaired the door to our dishwasher. The only complaint I have is that the service trucks don't always have the parts that you need the first time they come out so we had to have someone come twice. But the parts were mailed to us quickly and in a week later the dishwasher is fixed.

Scheduling and reminders and last-minute communication with the repair person (Kevin) were excellent. Kevin quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with the washer suspension. He helped me to sign up for a service plan, which he recommended due to the washer's age (9 years). He was pleasant and helpful. I have had some problems with service in the past, but this time it was exemplary.

Showed up on time, the Technician diagnosed the problem with the tractor within minutes. He had replacement parts in his van and got to work on the repair immediately. He was prepared and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for more. Great job!

Disappointed with Repair Protection Agreement on my Kenmore gas grill, I was sold the agreement which stated that the product replacement if the covered product (grill) cannot be fixed. After two weeks and two service specialists, no fix and no replacement because the parts alone would be over $100 dollars and the specialists would not replace the grill. What good was it to pay $90 for the repair plan after paying $280 for the grill? I should have saved the $90 towards my next grill!
