I must say that professional service was rendered. David patiently took us through everything and within less than a week a new furnace was installed. I will recommend sears any time
Please don’t buy your hvac with sears please beware. They have poor customer service. I made an appt to have my unit serviced and they did not show up. They are the worst. Thats why they are going out of business. I paid over $20,000.00 for my unit.
