Curtis a delight to have as our technician today! His professionalism was superior and suggestions for future maintenance was much appreciated. Great guy! Excellent service warranty through Sears as well.

He was much better than the guy previously assigned. Better communication .The first guy said we weren’t home, we were, but made ZERO attempt to notify us that he was on his way. The repair guy assigned another appliance showed up within minutes of that guy saying we were not home. Luckily we were still able to reschedule for today. Would still like to speak to someone about the individual originally assigned.

Artez was supportive and professional. He was able to fix the issue quickly and made sure the dishwasher was working properly after the fix. Sears was able to find an earlier time and sent plenty of notice about the repair time and schedule.

The Tech was very Professional and Courteous. Found the issue with our Fridge very quickly. Although the part had to be ordered, it arrived fast and was able to reschedule the Tech to install within a couple of days. Very Satisfied with Sears, definitely would Recommend.

Jaime inspected our KitchenAid Refrigerator. The Ice Maker is now working. He also provided maintenance on our refrigerator by cleaning the coils. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for servicing our refrigerator in a timely an excellent manor.
