Since I became Treasurer of my HOA, Sears Pool has hands down been the best vendor I have worked with. The are very personable, fair and willing to do what needs to be done to make things right. Some examples, After building a new deck and being blindsided with some additional add-on expenses, we contacted them and let them know we needed to push back some payments a few months. They said - no problem. Whenever something breaks or is approaching its end of life cycle, they are willing to meet with us to explain the details of what is going on and how all these parts work together. He provides us information way ahead of the pool opening season so that we are not caught off guard with preparations. Emelia Blehm is our day to day pool supervisor.
