We purchased our home a year ago and found it had some complex HVAC ducting issues that really called for the creative use of mini-split systems. David and his team took on this challenge and just completed the installation of two new units. Everything was completed in a single day and both systems are working exactly as we hoped. Our community's Architecture Review Board was so impressed with how well the Seaside team was able to hide the outside units behind existing vegetation that they waived the requirement for lattice fencing. On top of this David and all of his team are just wonderful people to work with and their cost was significantly lower than all the other quotes we had received for this project. Great staff and quick response time. They were very courteous and respectful and gave me all the details on pricing and warranty up front. They even facilitated the relocation of my condenser outside. They only replace the bad components and didn't upsell me to complete unit as my blower and air handler were perfectly fine. They or very professional and business-oriented.
