My job entailed lifting all boards from the porch, laying down stones, install a steel mesh against wildlife digging and nesting under the porch, re-install the boards, replace those damaged during removal and those rotting due to ground contact. Not only did Lauren do a fantastic job, there was no wasted material, no damage to the boards so only those that had rot needed replaced, he also picked up and hauled away some debris we have had in the property for a while.
