Season's Comforts

This is the second time I have used Seasons Comforts. I used them last year to replace two of my AC / Furnace units. I remember that their service was amazing. The crew that came to install everything went above and beyond to make the HVAC systems better than they were before they came. Not only did they replace the units, but they re-secured some of the duct work in the attic without being asked to do so. Everyone was also very friendly, and all of my questions were answered. Everything was so professional and well done that when my basement heat pump started acting up last week, Seasons Comforts was the first (and only) call that I made. I knew it was time to replace the AC units and Heating units at my house. Due to one AC unit failure, I contacted Season's Comforts, and technician came out and check the units and we decided to replace all units at once due to an age of these units. In the end, I'm glad I made the right call and glad I contacted Season's Comfort for the services. From start to finish, all jobs were done professionally and took no more than 3 hrs to complete. Since the replacement, units are working great and made me to recommend Season Comforts to anyone out there with AC or Heating units problem. These guys know what they're doing for SURE. Best of all, the price was Right!!!

I had a new system installed by Season's Comfort over the summer after doing full due diligence over all their competitors. They came in at a great price, the install went flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with the system. I just had them come out to do a service call for an older Rheem system in my basement they didn't install. My service tech Jacob was AMAZING. So thorough, kept me informed all throughout the process, was able to clearly explain everything he was doing to narrow down the issue. We knew that our HVAC unit was in the need of replacement. We've had a number of issues with it since we moved in almost 8 years ago. But, finally last week, it died. Andy had given me a very competitive price a few months ago and we were waiting to see how far we could push the old unit. We didn't have long to wait. I contacted Andy last week and we agreed on Monday for the replacement. Paul arrived with a cast of thousands and they knocked out the replacement in 5 hours. I didn't have to show them anything; tell them anything; they just did their jobs. And, we now have heat (thank goodness) and are very comfortable. Contacted Seasons Comforts - after my 2012 TRANE variable speed motor decided it no longer wanted to function - via their website late in the day. Andy - after normal working hours the same day - texted me a very reasonable price for the identical p/n TRANE motor, labor, & also warranty terms for both the part and labor. I called early the next morning and spoke briefly to Andy, who was able to schedule Marcus to do the swap the same day. Marcus was friendly, skilled, and efficient, and he did a very thorough job verifying that the system heating and cooling were functioning properly after the motor swap.
