TSG Remodeling added a custom kitchen to my downstairs that turned out beautifully. This included adding a fridge nook, a pocket door to the garage, and reinstalling the flooring. They followed all of my specifications, gave great suggestions based on their previous experiences, and did it in a very timely and affordable manner. There were also some unforeseen practical challenges with my space that they dealt with very professionally and without delaying the project nearly at all. Would highly recommend!

It's hard to be living in the house when you have so much construction work going on. They did their job each day without causing us much disruption. Their work is meticulous. We did not have the positive experience others have shared about working with TSG. Our kitchen remodel and floor refinishing project that was contracted to take 4-6 weeks lasted 4 months and was plagued by mistakes throughout the process. During that time, we found TSG's responsiveness to be slow and their messaging inconsistent from day-to-day, further adding to our frustrations. In terms of quality, some things were done well and others not, and several items were completely overlooked or ignored - like adding fasteners to all hardware connections in the structural lumber, just for one example. Like many others have stated, the crew were pleasant and courteous, but project management was severely lacking, and I would not consider hiring TSG for another project.

TSG Remodeling recently did a bathroom remodel for us. Their communication was great -- I could easily call or text Bayra with any questions. Bayra went out of his way to make sure that we were getting everything we wanted and we are so happy with the finished product! Their pricing was very reasonable for this area and we are very pleased with the quality. We'll definitely work with TSG for any future house projects!
