Seawall & Deck Restoration

Note: first photo is the “before” look of our shoreline. We cannot say enough positive things about AVS, including their management, employees, deck construction, and rock/landscape teams. When selecting contractors for important jobs such as a deck, seawall, and landscaping that will withstand the winters in our area, most homeowners expect quality craftmanship coupled with pricing commensurate with the work being performed (perceived value), and responsiveness to the homeowner. We can say without question, AVS far exceeded our expectations with our project and as icing on the cake, they were simply great folks to talk to and work with. We wholeheartedly recommend AVS to our Michigan neighbors and will seek to do business with them in the future.

Well we’re promised so many things by Edic and they were not done , nor do I think he is very ethical. His crew was great. He requested we didn’t talk to his crew there was a huge breakdown in communication. Job still looks unfinished and he charged us an extra 10 k, br wise he said he had overage costs. Still no invoice on the materials that he said he needed to finish the job. He is shady

AVS seawall and deck has completed a project on our lakefront property. The seawall, retaining wall and multilevel stairway certainly exhibited their passion for creativity and project execution. Eric, his office staff and on-site crews are professional and easy to work with. Daily communication and photos allowed for changes that Eric was eager to collaborate on. It is obvious that everyone at AVS is committed to fulfilling their client’s dream. We would definitely recommend, as we already have, Eric and the AVS organization to create your lakefront vision.

Eric and his team have done significant work at our house, including a large waterside deck, reinforced seawall, and an outdoor kitchen. They work with you to define a vision and then execute it, delivering exceptional quality. They are professional and hard working, and I'm looking forward to our next project with them.
