Second Generation did a beautiful job on my hand rail and spindles. Workers were very friendly and patient while my wife tried to decide what type of spindles to install. They took their time and showed her each type they had available and even held up different combinations until she was happy. Highly recommend Second Generation Stairs if you are in the market for new handrails and spindles.

Second generations stairs did not disappoint!! The workers were friendly and considerate of the house while working. Took away all the garbage and cleaned the floor where they were working! Cannot recommend enough! You won’t be disappointed.

Second Generation did a beautiful job. All but one landing are an open concept (Hard to take a good picture). There were some issues that I brought to their attention and I am happy to say, after they were paid in full, they resolved my concerns. Melissa is terrific to work with, Second Generation is lucky to have her.

Don’t waste your time and money! Second generation stairs, is a professional failure. They took my money, scheduled and came out and did a rush job that was terrible. After calling them repeatedly asking them to correct the poor job; I have been getting the runaround now for over six months. They will mess up the job and refuse to come back to fix the poor work. I would not recommend using this company. I am in the process of preparing a case in Civil Court, against this failing company, to recoup the cost associated with another company fixing their unskilled work.
