We had Second Mile install a whole home water softener and carbon filter system in our (less than 2 years old) home. They are a family owned business. Andrew came and did our quote and was out here the following week installing with his brother, Alex. During the quote process, Andrew tested the water to determine our need then checked out the plumbing for the possible install. He did a great job of explaining what's in the water after his test and why it matters. Their price grid is based on ease of installment, which I appreciated. They are a no pressure type of business so I could take my time to decide, but I was ready to make the investment for my family's health, including my pets that drink the water and the health of our homes plumbing. Andrew and Alex are always great when coming into our home to do address any heating and cooling issues we’ve had over the years. Pricing is always great and the service is even greater! I even had them install a reverse osmosis system in my home. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
