We took an aggressive approach 18 months ago to transform our yard into a more desirable, thicker, grassier and greener look and experience. Well it was expensive to us, it was reasonably priced and the results speak for itself. We are constantly getting unsolicited feedback from Neighbors and visitors to our house about how beautiful our yard looks. Second Nature is the best lawn care service from the office to the field techs. The office personnel are always cordial and cheerful. If there are ever concerns, which is almost never, they address the concern promptly. Our most recent tech has been Adam Skelton. He is fantastic. Our yard has an irregular shape. Adam walks the property lines so he gets complete coverage for every application. I have requested Adam for future applications, but all their techs are great.

After a year of service my yard looks like this… I called numerous times to try and have my weeds and bald spot remedied. All I was met with was up charges for additional services when they never completed getting my weeds removed or my bald spots fixed. My yard now looks horrible and I have fired this company to which they replied, “okay”. They didn’t even try to keep my business. Would not recommend.
