I received a notice from the water company that I had unusually high water usage. With the risk of a heavy leak somewhere, I wanted to get someone out the same day to do an assessment. Second Opinion Plumbing and Albert were the only ones available after multiple calls. Albert came out within hours of my call and was able to determine where the leak was coming from in minutes. He also noticed some other non-leak issues with my main shutoff line and my water softener. He was diligent in showing me the process and explaining things to me. I felt confident in trusting his expertise. The issue ended up being something outside his scope but I did have him replace the piece he noticed. Again he was quick and efficient. I highly recommend him and this company.

I called Second Opinion plumbing and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes. The field manager Albert was very knowledgeable and his experience was second to none. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a fair estimate. Then the next day showed up and did the job. We had to wait another day for the city inspector to approve the work and that went smooth. Then Albert and the crew returned and did the landscaping to complete the job. I can't recommend second opinion enough. From the professionalism of the workers to the handling of the permits and etc. They were constantly in communication and very prompt in there work.

We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it.
