Needed some work done and TWO other companies were "playing around" in getting us even QUOTED! Stop buy the office and had a nice chat with the superheros at Secure Access, in 2 days had our quote and 2 days after that, the work was DONE TO PERFECTION!!! GREAT company, GREAT service!!!

Office staff worked to accommodate our repair on short notice. Called one afternoon, next afternoon, Omar showed up to change out our gate controller electronic board. He reprogrammed our mobile remotes and two of our built in auto controllers. Responsive and knowledgeable service.

Not Secure Access! Every employee contact point was professional, clear, and conscience. They were able to get us a quote the same day we called, which was admirable! I appreciate the diligence and urgency to win our business. When we needed someone to come out to adjust the estimate and review minor details, they came the next day. They completed the fence promptly and it looks amazing! We had a minor issue that was addressed with no hesitation, even after we paid in full.
