All the business were closed and outside 5 minute grace period I was still charged . Managers Asia wouldn’t do anything to help!
We were stuck in parking lot for over 20 minutes. The machine would not scan our ticket. We tried the help button but no one answered. We finally found an attendant told him our problem and he finally got us out of the parking lot. System needs to be corrected!

Parking permit process was easy & fast, ladies in office were lovely. Lots of parking available at the office as well, & the whole process only took a few minutes
The new system at Kaimuki municipal is a disaster. 40 cars are stuck in the lot.
