I'm very impressed with their work. They installed my hurricane proof windows few months ago. I also decided to hire them to install my front door recently. They are very professional in every aspect of their work startimg with communication until the job is done making sure they won't dust your interior. I highly recommend them!

We couldn't ask for better windows or better service or communication via email and phone.. Ernesto and his installation group were careful, professional, and courteous, as was Jason, who did the small touchups and dealt with the inspection. The city inspector told us your company always did a good job. My husband and I thank you all very much.

Secure Window Solutions was amazing to work with! In particular, Joanna at their office did a fantastic job communicating throughout the material ordering and permitting process. Joanna would email me every Monday AM like clockwork to provide an update on the permit application, the status of the material in manufacturing, status of material delivery to their warehouse, etc. It was nice that Joanna was so prompt with feedback. I never felt like I had to chase them down for an update on the order/job scheduling. Once the material arrived, scheduling the work was easy and only took 1 day for the door and window. We were referred by a friend/neighbor and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the process. From the original estimate, installation and service, this is a company that "gets it" and understands that doing the work like they would want done in their own homes is how it should work.
