I don't remember our technicians name but he was awesome. Our very old house newer boiler of course stopped working when the cold weather came. Arrived couple hours later. Very reasonable priced. Definitely showed compassion in our desperate times and didn't take advantage of the no heat in winter by price jumping like another company did. Seider will be the only place we call for our home needs.

I had an excellent experience with Seider. Their team was professional, friendly, and quick to respond. The technician explained everything clearly, did quality work, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. It’s great to see a company that still values good service and communication. Seider is the best! My water heater started leaking at 7pm and I contacted Mike immediately. He had Andrew on site at 9am the next morning and 2 hours later, the new water heater was in. Mike is a great guy and Andrew did a great job. In addition, these guys are straight shooters and so easy to work with. Very professional. I don’t usually write reviews but these guys deserve it.

We are very impressed with Andy K who came to tear out our faucets and reinstalled them after KG Stevens installed the new countertops and sink. Andy was here at 7:30 AM so that I could make my doctor’s appointment on time. Will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.
