Buyer Beware – Poor Quality & Worse Customer Service. There is a reason they have a D+ with the Better Business Bureau Yes pull it up. All I was asking for is for him to send me a replacement gate. I ordered a railing system and gate from David Seijo Fencing thinking I could save a little money. Well, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I did save a few dollars upfront — but what I got in return was poor craftsmanship and even worse customer service. To start, when my original order was delivered, they completely forgot to include the gate. I called and was told they would ship it out ASAP. After about a week and a half with no updates, I followed up and was told it was ready to ship — only to find out the gate was “missing.” David then texted me a photo of a gate and said h

Did a bit of research and I kept coming back to Seijos for additional information. Customer service is important to us and the pricing is just icing on the cake. We are in West Georgia and the delivery was done in a timely manner. Quality, customer service, and pricing will definitely bring back to Seijos for any additional fencing. Public Service Announcement!! Stay away from this company. There’s a reason they have a D+ Better Business Bureau score. He does not return calls or text when they deliver a poor quality gate and all you want them to do is switch it out. Look on Facebook at all the different account he has and locked down.

Fences came scratched and even rusty, the owner sent me to paint them without any shame, now im stuck with faulty fences and being charged to re-paint them.
