I’ve been fighting with my pool all summer. Being the stubborn person that I am, I tried everything to get it right: algaecide, increase pH, more salt, replaced the salt cell, backwash, vacuum, countless hours of internet searching and still, my pool looked like Shrek’s swamp and the control system seemed to be fried harder than a burnt 3rd shift Waffle House egg. As summer is coming to a close, I accepted my defeat and called Sekul’s. Barely scrubs. Occasionally cleans robot. Communication: 2/5. Very responsive, but could be more professional, because service issues aren't personal!
