I had glued down engineered wood flooring replaced with LVP upstairs & downstairs, as well as the wood stairs restained. Very smooth process from floor selection through demo to installation. We had such an easy and pleasant experience! Their showroom has a ton of different options for any kind of flooring that you might need. We needed carpet in our family room, so I went into the showroom with a general idea of what I was looking for. Paris, the operations project manager, was super friendly and incredibly helpful. He helped me narrow it down to a few different options and sent me home with sample boards (that he loaded into my car for me.) we were able to choose a carpet that we loved, and that was in our budget, so the whole process was stress-free. Once the materials were ordered, it took no longer than a week later they installed it. The guys they sent out to install it showed up on time, they were very efficient and had it done in no time. The entire process was efficient and seamless. I already knew what I wanted and the pricing was excellent. Father and son team of Carlos Sr. and Carlos Jr did a remarkable job with the installation. They arrived on time, moved the furniture, removed the old carpet and padding really quickly and began installing the hardwood floor. The floor looks Remarkable! Outstanding service from beginning to the end. I will be using Select floors for all my future flooring needs.
